Before you order
The questions our clients ask most often when sourcing hang tags, labels and packaging.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is normally 1,000 pieces for hang tags, 2,000 for woven and care labels, and 10,000 for poly bags. Small trial orders can be discussed.
Can I get samples before bulk production?
Yes. Stock material swatches are free. Custom samples carry a sample fee, which is refunded against the bulk order.
What artwork format should I send?
Vector AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined is best. 300 dpi PSD is acceptable for printed items; we will confirm before production.
How long is production time?
Samples usually take 3–5 working days. Bulk production is about 7–15 working days depending on quantity and finishing.
Which materials do you offer?
Art paper, kraft, specialty paper, PVC, satin, taffeta, woven tape, PE/CPE film and FSC-certified paper are available.
Do you have eco-friendly options?
Yes: FSC paper, recycled board, biodegradable bags and OEKO-TEX certified label materials are available on request.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes. We match Pantone references and provide a lab dip or printed proof for approval before bulk. Slight variation is normal on paper and tape.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship by express, air and sea under EXW, FOB or CIF terms, with commercial invoice, packing list and export documents.
